Co.As.It (SA) has identified several critical success factors that would denote the successful implementation and execution of the 2020-2024 strategic plan. 

These are:

  • Enhanced brand recognition and awareness
  • Increased demand for project collaboration
  • Increased private and Government project funding over and above the current Australian Government CHSP funding
  • Increased volunteer numbers
  • Increased number of partner groups
  • Increased Co.As.It (SA) direct revenue generation
  • Increased social media followers

  • Explore alternate funding opportunities to reduce reliance on CHSP
  • Pursue corporate sponsorship for community events and initiatives such as the annual ‘Italian Community Volunteer Awards’
