CO.AS.IT. (SA) SOCIAL SUPPORT PROGRAMS CAN BE ATTENDED BY ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE SUBSIDISED FEES LISTED BELOW, ATTENDEES MUST BE OVER 65 YEARS OF AGE AND REGISTERED WITH COASIT SA SOCIAL SUPPORT GROUPS INTO MY AGED CARE PORTAL UNDER THE GUIDELINES OF THE COMMONWEALTH HOME SUPPORT PROGRAM (CHSP). ALL SOCIAL SUPPORT PROGRAMS LISTED INCLUDE REFRESHMENTS.
